Shipping Policy

Shipping via Chronopost, Colissimo, UPS or DHL

Please note that due to Covid restrictions you need to get informed with your local custom services about extra custom fees

Shipping time and cost will be calculated during the check out process.

For Pre order items made on request, an estimation of 4 weeks is necessary between the conception and product reception.

All items are hand made and may slightly be different from one another.

All items can be exchanged but not refunded.

All exchanges must meet the following requirements:

Merchandise exchange process must be initiated within 5 days of receiving order.

Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.

Merchandise must have all tags, accessories, and original paperwork.

Final Sale and Special Order items may not be returned.
